Ingredients
  

Salsa Ingredients
  • 6 medium tomatillos husked and rinsed
  • 2 medium jalapeños stemmed and seeded for less heat
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro packed
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 1 tsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Husk and rinse the tomatillos, then cut them in half.
  2. Stem and seed the jalapeños, then chop them roughly.
  3. Peel the garlic clove.
Blend the Salsa
  1. In a blender, combine the tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth or to your desired consistency.
Serve
  1. Transfer the salsa to a bowl and serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
