Preparation
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine chicken seasoning mixture in a small bowl; set aside.
- Cut chicken into 3" pieces and toss in olive oil and spices to coat well.
- Pack chicken tightly onto skewers, ensuring no gaps.
Cooking
- For the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce, heat butter and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl until partially melted. Add red pepper flakes, hot sauce, seasonings, and parmesan; whisk until combined.
- Reserve 1/3 of the sauce for basting cooked chicken.
- Cook 2-3 skewers at a time in an air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Flip skewers, baste with reserved sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Flip again, baste with more sauce, and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- After cooking, baste with the reserved garlic sauce and sprinkle with extra parmesan.
