Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
For the Toppings
  • Sliced Bananas
  • Slivered Almonds
  • Almond Butter
  • Blueberries

Equipment

  • Mason jars
  • Medium sized bowl
  • whisk

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the oats and protein powder in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, almond extract, maple syrup, almond milk, yogurt, and chia seeds. Stir to incorporate all ingredients evenly.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly between two mason jars. If doubling the recipe, use four jars.
  4. Place the lids on the mason jars and refrigerate for a minimum of six hours.
  5. In the morning, add toppings of choice and enjoy.
