Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer
- In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, crushed cornflakes, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down firmly to create an even layer.
- Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set.
Make the Chocolate Coating
- In a double boiler, melt the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil together, stirring until smooth.
- Remove the peanut butter layer from the refrigerator and cut it into bars.
- Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Place back on the parchment paper.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
