Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Layer
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil for smooth melting

Method
 

Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, crushed cornflakes, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down firmly to create an even layer.
  3. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set.
Make the Chocolate Coating
  1. In a double boiler, melt the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil together, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove the peanut butter layer from the refrigerator and cut it into bars.
  3. Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Place back on the parchment paper.
  4. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
