  • 2 5-oz chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Montreal chicken spice
  • 1/4 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley plus 1/2 tsp for garnish

Cooking Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the maple BBQ rub ingredients and, using a basting brush or clean hands, rub the sauce over the chicken breast on all sides.
  2. Air fry at 400F for 8 to 9 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken breast is 165F. You may need a minute or two more for thicker chicken breasts.
  3. Once cooked, baste the chicken breast lightly with a touch of maple syrup and sprinkle with additional chopped fresh parsley before serving.
