Corn
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob husked
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Grilling the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the husked corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
Adding Toppings
  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Once the corn is grilled, brush the mayonnaise mixture over each ear of corn.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled cotija cheese and chili powder over the corn before serving.
