Ingredients
  

Base Layer
  • 1 can refried beans 16 oz can
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes fresh
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, spread the refried beans evenly at the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Layer the sour cream on top of the refried beans.
  3. Spread the guacamole over the sour cream layer.
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the guacamole.
  2. Top with diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and cilantro.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate until ready to serve.
