Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and sear for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and zucchini around the chicken in the skillet.
  3. Drizzle with additional olive oil and season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
