Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.
  2. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Assemble the Dip
  1. In a serving dish, spread the cheesecake dip evenly.
  2. Layer the sliced strawberries on top, followed by the blueberries.
  3. Sprinkle chopped mint over the top for garnish.
