Ingredients
  

Bok Choy
  • 1 lb Bok Choy Trimmed and halved
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Low sodium preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil For flavor
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil For sautéing
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the bok choy thoroughly and trim the ends. Halve the bok choy lengthwise.
Cooking
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the bok choy to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the leaves are wilted and the stems are tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
