Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs preferably snow or king crab
  • 1 lb mussels cleaned
  • 1 lb clams cleaned
Vegetables
  • 4 medium red potatoes halved
  • 2 ears corn cut into halves
  • 1 medium onion quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon juiced

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add the corn, onion, and garlic, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Cook the Seafood
  1. Add the shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams to the pot. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and the shells open.
  2. Remove the pot from heat and strain the seafood and vegetables.
  3. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with lemon juice.
