Prepare the Beef
- Season the chuck roast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place the seasoned roast in the slow cooker.

- Serve the shredded beef on sandwich rolls and top with coleslaw and pickles if desired.
