Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sweet corn canned or frozen
  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese, sweet corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeño to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
