Frying Chicken
- Remove chicken from the refrigerator after marinating. Remove chicken one by one from buttermilk, ensuring to remove as much buttermilk as possible.
- Dip chicken in the egg mixture, then in the flour, and fry for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Toasting Buns
- In a medium-size pan, coat buns with butter and pan fry until golden brown.
Assembling Sandwiches
- Place chicken on the bun with spicy mayo and pickles.
