  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gradually, stirring gently until just mixed.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about 2 inches apart.
  8. Stuff each cookie with your favorite filling and seal with more dough on top.
