Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
Dressing
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded carrots, and shredded red cabbage.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, black pepper, celery seeds, and vegetable oil until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until the vegetables are evenly coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
