Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
Dressing
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, and celery seeds until the sugar is dissolved.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until well combined. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
