Ingredients
  

Watermelon Base
  • 2 cups watermelon juice freshly blended
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup for vegan option
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder unflavored
Optional Flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice for added tartness
  • 1 teaspoon watermelon extract for enhanced flavor

Method
 

Prepare Watermelon Juice
  1. Blend fresh watermelon chunks until smooth, then strain to get 2 cups of watermelon juice.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a saucepan, combine watermelon juice and honey. Heat over low heat until warm, but not boiling.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice and watermelon extract if using, and mix well.
Mold Gummies
  1. Pour the mixture into gummy molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serve
  1. Once set, gently remove gummies from molds and enjoy!
