  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and deseeded
  • 1 cup honey preferably raw
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Making Watermelon Honey
  1. Place the cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the blended watermelon through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove pulp.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the strained watermelon juice with honey and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a jar or bottle for storage.
  5. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
