Ingredients
  

Cold Brew Base
  • 10 oz cold brew
  • Ice
  • 1 oz macadamia nut syrup
Macadamia Cream Cold Foam
  • cup white chocolate macadamia cream cold foam
  • Sugar cookie crumbles for topping
Macadamia Nut Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup roughly chopped toasted macadamia nuts or 2 teaspoons macadamia nut extract
Cold Foam Ingredients
  • ¾ cup 2% milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia syrup
  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate mocha sauce
White Chocolate Mocha Sauce
  • 4 oz white chocolate roughly chopped
  • ½ cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup 2% milk or dairy/non-dairy alternative of your choice

Method
 

Making the Drink
  1. Pour cold brew into an ice-filled glass. Stir in macadamia nut syrup.
  2. Top drink with macadamia cream cold foam and sprinkle on sugar cookie crumbles.
Preparing Macadamia Nut Syrup
  1. Put water, sugar, and chopped macadamia nuts in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until sugar is dissolved and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let steep. Strain mixture.
Mixing Cold Foam Ingredients
  1. Mix milk, cream, vanilla syrup, macadamia syrup, and white mocha sauce until well combined. Chill until ready to use.
  2. To create cold foam, froth the chilled mixture using an electric frother, hand mixer, or blender.
Making White Chocolate Mocha Sauce
  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk over medium-low heat until simmering. Pour over chopped white chocolate and stir until smooth. Cool and store in refrigerator.
