- 1 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, finely grated
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Boil salted water in a large pot, then cook the gnocchi until they float (about 2-3 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in heavy cream until combined, then add half the Pecorino Romano and black pepper.
