Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (60ml)
  • 1/2 cup water (120ml)

  1. Wash the peaches, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Chop into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the peach chunks, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for about 2 hours.
  4. After two hours, blend the mixture again to ensure a fluffy texture.
  5. Return it to the container and freeze for an additional 4 hours or until firm.
